Project Details
Description
Hundreds of thousands of Australians are now using prescribed medical cannabis, most often for chronic pain which is notoriously difficult to treat. Though medical cannabis is a promising treatment alternative, we lack essential information about its efficacy and safety due to a lack of research. This project aims to address this knowledge gap through a series of multidisciplinary patient-focused investigations. The results will have direct implications for health and road safety policy.
