Abstract

This paper introduces a new angle for enhancing the robustness of information symbols embedded in video sequences. The main idea is to apply 3-D interleaving to the watermark signal. We first briefly explain the 3-D interleaving technique used, then we demonstrate the increase of the robustness of the watermark signal as a result of interleaving. Simulation results are shown for two types of burst errors, 3-D error clusters and frame loss.
