Abstract
A novel 3D Internet-based multimedia method for teaching and learning about engineering management requirements analysis was created. A case-based/problem-based teaching and learning curriculum, supported by an advanced 3D web-enabled case library, focusing on needs is also developed. The method is applied to engineering, computer systems and networking subjects with the aid of a generic architecture, that includes 3D web-browser readable multimedia, text images, interactive videos, 2D and 3D animations, active code for calculations and self-assessment tools. A series of case-based learning modules (eBooks) that encourage analytical requirements analysis in the engineering management context is demonstrated.
