Abstract

The methods are considered of studying macrokinetics of solidifying polymer compositions by the thermal effect using a scanning calorimeter UNIPAN type 605 to increase its speed and to measure the deviation from isothermicity. An example is given of building a microkinetic model for epoxy compound using these methods. The model parameters are obtained. It is found, that Arrenius law shows good agreement with experimental data. Conclusion is made, that solidification reaction has second order and reagents consumption is in the stoichiometric relationship. The reaction rate is proportional to their concentrations.
