Abstract

It is fairly widely recognized nowadays Thai success in software engineering depends a great deal on managerial considerations (rather than merely on technical considerations); these, in turn, depend on an increasing body of accumulated empirical knowledge on the management of software projects. In this study we present a completed empirical study on the management of software maintenance.
