Abstract

A theoretical framework for a learning environment with intelligent tutoring capabilities in the domain of collaborative software development is presented. The system will implement and further define the Cognitive Collaborative Model (CCM) with applications to problem solving and program development as proposed in [4]. Results of prior experiments on the CCM model [3] further inform the theoretical, functional, and technical development of this learning environment. A pilot evaluation of a skeletal version of the tool is also proposed.
