Building nano-composite dielectric materials from the bottom up: Carbon nanotubes based nano-structures

Abstract

We offer to fabricate nanocomposite dielectric materials by nano-structured templates. Such technique is used to fabricate organic semiconductor/carbon nanotube nanocomposites and distributed three dimensional p-n junctions. Copyright The Electrochemical Society.
