abstract = "Recent advances have been made in understanding the effect of curvature on expanding detonation waves. These results are implemented in a Random Choice Method hydrodynamics code to model a spherically diverging detonation of the explosive Comp-B. The effect of varying the order of reaction as well as the rate law parameters is studied. Finally, the application of the theory of diverging detonation waves to the two-dimensional Front Tracking Method is discussed.",
