Abstract
The paper presents a correlation feedback approach to the computation of optical flow. It is based on the idea of feedback and correlation based approach. A virtual continuous image is obtained by a bilinear interpolation applied to a digital image. Feedback is used to reduce errors in optical flow determination during the iterative procedure. The algorithm is convergent and it is demonstrated that the correlation feedback algorithm performs better than the gradient based and correlation based algorithms in terms of accuracy.
