Abstract
The text chapters describe culturally responsive interventions both within the United States and internationally. Although the chapters differ along a number of dimensions, including client's cultural background, presenting issues, social and cultural context, and so on, similarities also exist. This chapter represents an analysis of the major themes that seem to cut across all chapters, in terms of client factors as well as interventions and approaches. The chapter concludes with a discussion of clinical implications for working with diverse populations, contexts, and presenting issues.
