Abstract
We present a computationally simple scheme, which uses only the phase angles of the complex-valued data, to estimate frequencies of two sinusoids in white Gaussian noise. The envelope data is used to resolve the inherent ambiguity. At high SNR, satisfactory results are obtained from simulations and comparison with Cramer-Rao bounds.
