Abstract

Automated online palletization is a process of creating pallet loads of goods in a fully automated manner. It involves the use of advanced robotics and software systems to optimize the palletization process, increase efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors. This process begins with the input of the data on the goods being palletized, including their size, weight, and destination. The system then uses this data to determine the optimal pallet layout and stacking order. The pallets are then loaded onto a conveyor belt, where they are transported to the palletizing area. The robotics arms then pick up the goods and place them on the pallet in the designated order, ensuring that they are stable and secure. This process is repeated until the desired number of pallets has been created. The shortage of labor and an increasing performance among consumers have raised the need for an automated distribution system to shop online. And it is essential to implement strategies to achieve competitiveness. With the help of a palletizing system, we can ship more goods with the consequent savings in storage and transportation. The PLP, which is the Pallet loading problem, generally focuses on loading the maximum quantity onto the pallet for optimization of the space. This paper describes a technique that endures robotic palletization problems with multiple-size boxes. As we know manufacturing and logistics are more important in every industry. Among them, if anything is more urgently needed then that is an automated warehousing system or buffer system. The technique is used to place multi-size boxes on a pallet with multiple layers.
