Abstract
The use of a Hopfield neural network for interference cancellation is investigated. It is suggested that the neural network be used to estimate the signal subspace that contains the interferences. The array weight vector is constructed so that it is orthogonal to this subspace. It is shown that this array provides effective interference cancellation for narrowband sources.
