Intraband Colloidal Quantum Dots for Low-Cost Mid-Wavelength Infrared Detectors

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

The paper presents low-cost infrared photodetectors fabricated from silver selenide intraband colloidal quantum dots. Various materials and device design approaches are discussed for the use of this new class of semiconductor nanomaterials in mid-wavelength infrared sensors and imagers.
