Magnetic field assisted assembly machine design & implementation

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

A magnetic field assisted assembly machine is described in this study. The machine prototype consists of a 16x16 array of electromagnets. The design and operation of the machine and its applications to manufacturing is explained. The modeling of magnetic field assisted assembly is discussed.
