Modulated optically computed phase microscopy for high-resolution, high-sensitivity label-free imaging

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

To study cell-nanoparticle interactions, we developed and validated the modulated optically computed phase microscopy technology which utilizes optical computation to perform Fourier transform and impose temporal modulation to achieve high resolution and high phase sensitivity.
