Novel two-photon fluorescence probes for zinc ion sensing

Abstract

Herein, we report the synthesis, linear and nonlinear photophysical characteristics of two photon fluorescent (2PF) probes which shows superior specificity for zinc coupled with two photon microscopy imaging utilized to evaluate detection of Zn2+ in vivo.
