Abstract
Decimetric counterparts of microvave bursts are analyzed. A few radio bursts (in particular, recorded by Nobeyama Radioheliograph with high spatial resolution) are discussed within the framework of available theories of non-thermal radio emission. The study yields important observational constraints on short-wave turbulence in flares.
