Abstract
Presented is a sampling of NJIT's research activities in particle technology. These involve modeling at the micro-structural level to innovative experiments and advanced diagnostic techniques. The expertise of the participating faculty members in these activities are complimentary, thereby promoting a synergistic and interdisciplinary collaboration. The challenge is to establish particle technology as an academic concentration integrated into the engineering curriculum.
