Abstract

Matlab is a software package for matrix manipulation that can also be used as a high-level programming language. In this article the application of Matlab in the implementation of several signal processing algorithms used in analytical chemistry is discussed. Some of the popular algorithms are explained and their software implementation in Matlab are presented. A brief tutorial on Matlab is also presented with some coding examples.
