Salting-Out Parameters for Organic Acids

Abstract

The salting-out parameter was determined for formate, acetate, and adipate, and the same value was obtained for all three ions. Using the standard state where the salting-out parameter for H+ Is zero, the present study has revealed a salting-out parameter of 0.034 for the three ions.
