Spectral fluorescent signatures post post-processing by principal component analysis model for determination character and THM of organic formation potential

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

•Unique fluorescence properties including peak location for each of the six DOM fractions were identified and utilized in building of the model model. •Several different techniques from analytical chemistry and statistics have been innovatively applied in developing the model such as: scatter removal analysis of peaks design of model, removal, peaks, mixtures within reported range of natural occurrence, and PCR. •DOC fractions Model has ability to predict the DOC, six DOM fractions, concentrations, and THMFP using single SFS. •Faster performance and improved reliability with wide range of applicability in comparison with the earlier models models.
