Abstract
The review of modern state of investigations on the theory of analysis of thermal processes in the living biotissue during hyperthermia is presented. Lately are developed successfully the methods of the hyperthermia parameter control, based on the application of the biothermal equation. To the methods belongs the perfusion determination by means of washout. In the paper are reviewed the next problems: 1) the biothermal equation and its modifications; 2) perfusion, its specific features and role in the blood transport processes; 3) perfusion models for forecasting modes and parameters of local hyperthermia; 4) using the biothermal equation for perfusion control in the process of hyperthermia.
