Abstract

This paper presents and discusses the capabilities, as well as the results obtained with the Co-rotating Twin Screw Mixing Element Evaluator. Image analysis and the entire optical on-line morphology imaging system is also presented. The results obtained on the evolution of dispersive mixing of immiscible molten polymer streams along the kneading elements is likewise discussed.
