Ultrathin fiber optic probe for OCT imaging

Abstract

We developed and validated a novel method to fabricate ultrathin fiber-optic probe with integrated focusing elements. The probe fabrication technique allowed us to control the lateral resolution and depth of focus for OCT imaging.
