Universality of stochastic interactions between laser beams

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We show that laser beams lose their initial phase in nonlinear propagation. Therefore, prediction and control of long-range interactions between beams become impossible. The statistics of these chaotic interactions, are universal and computable.
